SHIPPING POLICY

We service the 48 contiguous United States and do not ship to Canada. Orders over $150 will qualify for free ground/standard shipping which could vary between FedEx and USPS. Most East Coast orders will deliver 2-3 days after shipping and West Coast orders 3-5 days after shipping. Free shipping is only valid to a commercial address such as a business or office. Businesses based from a residence will not qualify for free shipping. Orders placed over $150 with a residential address and without the residential fee added to the shopping cart will be cancelled. ALL products must ship ground/standard.  Requests for any Air Expedited services such as Fed Ex 2 day, Express Saver, or overnight will be cancelled.

Large palletized orders will be shipped via UPS Freight. Customers must meet the driver to assist in offloading material. Lift gate service can be negotiated with the driver, but is not included in the shipping rate.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of shipping liquid stains, sealers, and paint and the high risk of damage in transit, we do not accept returns.
All Sales Are Final.  Returned items will not be credited for refund.

PAYPAL PROCESSING ISSUES

Most errors/problems can be solved by clearing the search history/cache in your browser settings.  For more information, Google "clearing browser search history."  Other issues involve not entering the credit card billing address exactly as it appears on your statement.  Any deviation will produce a rejection in processing the transaction.
